Qualifications:

• Active PsyD, PhD, LCSW, or LMHC FL License
• Clear on Level 2 screening (background check as per AHCA requirements)
• Clear on drug test.
• Peer references (3) are required (LCSW or PsyD or PhD).
• Good communication and computer skills are must.
• Candidates must be a team player.
• This job requires a level of physicality that includes the ability to walk 300
• yards, enter/exit patient rooms while rounding on patients and carry up to 25lbs.
• As a salaried employee a minimum daily average requirement of 12 encounters/day with a 16minute face to face session.

Job Responsibility:

• Performing psychological assessments on mostly geriatric patients, providing psychotherapy as needed, and make referrals to psych med mgmt. as appropriate.
• Ability to make rounds, going from room to room, communicating to patients and facility staff members is required.

Work Hours:

• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (one hour lunch break included). No formal on call duty.
