Typical Day in the Life :
As a Tax Manager in our Tustin, CA office, you can expect to :
Guide staff to ensure timely, accurate completion of individual and business tax returns.
Review, approve, and sign tax returns for client distribution.
Mentor and coach staff to support skill development and career growth.
Gather tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate returns.
Examine tax situations from multiple perspectives to maximize client benefits.
Build relationships, network, and attract new clients or business for the firm.
Manage client billing for services rendered.
Qualifications :
Experience : 5–7 years of public accounting tax experience.
Certification : Active CPA license required.
Knowledge : Broad understanding of tax regulations and ability to analyze financial statements.
Skills : Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of clients across industries.
Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
