What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Balch & Bingham?
Balch & Bingham is seeking an associate preferably with 1 year of civil defense litigation experience to join our team in Augusta, GA. Candidates must possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills and strong academic credentials. An ideal candidate will demonstrate an ownership mentality and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Deposition and hearing experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to handle all phases of litigation with limited supervision, including all phases of discovery and motion practice. Candidates must be licensed in Georgia and willing to become licensed in South Carolina.
