Role Description
The Dry Powder Mixer Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the high-quality production of dry finished powder products at Balchem Corporation. As part of our team, you will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling and disassembling machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Functions:
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Help promote and support company health and safety policy practices and procedures.
- Perform tasks safely and comply with GMP policies at all times.
- Assure adherence to all elements of the SQF system and policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- 0-3 years of manufacturing/production experience desired.
- Basic math, reading & writing competency is required.
- Ability to operate a forklift truck.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds unassisted.
- Valid driver's license for forklift license.
