Job Description:
The Feed and Nutrition Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospects for animal nutrition and health products and developing sales strategies to grow current customers and develop new prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal nutrition and health, as well as excellent sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects for animal nutrition and health products, including feed companies, premix companies, distribution partners, independent nutritionists, and veterinarians.
- Develop and participate in strategic business growth discussions with customers.
- Organize and present technical product information to key decision makers.
Requirements:
- Degree in agriculture-related field (preferably dairy or animal science), advanced degree in animal science or business school preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven record of customer growth and value awareness.
- Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in animal agriculture.
