Job Description:
The Manufacturing Team Member at Balchem will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and processes. This includes proper setup, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, as well as adhering to SOPs and GMPs. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure the highest quality products and efficient production processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production equipment according to SOPs
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment
