The role of the Recruiter is to ensure that our company attracts and hires high quality candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role collaborates with HR team members and department managers to guide the hiring process and ensure that roles are filled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring process, act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, and ensure that open roles are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Promote company’s reputation as a “great place to work”.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job fairs, etc.
- Build candidate relationships during the selection process and ensure that candidates have positive interactions with our company.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Onboard new employees and assist with New Employee Orientations.
- Create and update hiring procedures, interview packets, forms, and training materials as needed.

- Able to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Able to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Familiarity with HR software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and onboarding systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and changing legislation as they relate to the hiring process.
- Knowledge of employee benefits offerings and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a high level of interpersonal skills; and the ability to help candidates feel comfortable throughout the hiring process.
- Able to work collaboratively with direct team members, or across departments, and work independently as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and HR software used for recruiting, screening and dispositioning candidates.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- 2 years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or with a staffing agency). Experience recruiting for manufacturing or construction roles is a plus.
- Physical Locations: This position works in a professional office environment, routinely uses standard office equipment, and is seated for long periods of time.
- Location: This role is located in our Boise, ID office and may work from home up to two days per week.
- Travel: This position requires some travel, approximately 2 - 4 times per year.
