The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team confidently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining consistent quality and accuracy of all outgoing product.
Job Expectations:
- Lead the operational execution of order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate order picking, packing, tracking
- Provide accurate client communication addressing any delays, disruptions, or discrepancies in the fulfillment process
- Promote cross-functional collaboration with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, procurement) to achieve company goals
- Ensure continuous improvement in warehouse and fulfillment processes by driving lean initiatives, cost reduction, and waste elimination
