Bald Birds Brewing, located in the heart of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania is looking to expand our manufacturing team. We are looking for hardworking, reliable and positive individuals for our Packaging Associate position. This position is essential to product quality and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position working up to 40 hours per week, based on seasonal operational need.
Packaging Associates are responsible for:
- Maintaining the flow of canned product through designated zones
- Ensure product quality by performing visual and hands-on inspections of products
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stand and twist
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in ambient conditions
- Physical stamina and lifting ability
