Overview:
The Power Platform Specialist will lead the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. This role focuses on creating and maintaining applications and workflows that streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and align with organizational governance standards. Acting as an internal low-code champion, the Specialist will empower teams across the organization to adopt and utilize Power Platform tools effectively.
Responsibilities:
Low-Code Development
• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI, SharePoint, and other tools.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through best practices in design and development.
Collaboration and Enablement
• Partner with functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote Power Platform adoption.
• Work closely with Technology partners to ensure solutions align with governance policies and security standards.
Collaboration and Training
• Implement and enforce governance best practices for Power Platform tools, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Monitor and maintain documentation for Power Apps applications and workflows.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Extensive experience in low-code development using Power Apps and Power Automate, with a demonstrated ability to design and deploy scalable solutions.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing workflows, automations, and integrations with tools like SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks for low-code platforms and best practices for application security and scalability.
• Candidates with certifications in Power Platform tools will be highly regarded.
