Sanitation Helper, Overnight Shift

 Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• •SANITATION 
• • oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the Master Sanitation schedule
  • oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the sanitation cycle consistent with HACCP, USDA, GMP, and AIB guidelines
  • oCleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment according to established time constraints and quality standards
  • oFollows guidelines for proper use and safety of chemicals and equipment
  • oMaintains a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas
  • oDemonstrates a sense of urgency in regards to daily duties:  cleaning, washing, dusting, organizing, mopping, sweeping and trash removal 
  • oComplies with GMP rules and regulations
  • oTakes ownership of food safety standards and prevents cross contamination
  • oSafely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries
  • oConsistently comes to work on time and as per scheduled
  • oArrives to work on time and consistently

Qualifications:

Education: No education level needed  

Experience:  No experience needed, will train
