Job Description
This position involves driving a school bus along designated routes, transporting students to and from school, and participating in various extracurricular activities and events. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures while interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a school bus safely and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for students.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess a valid Alabama Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and maintain a current Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, including prolonged sitting, standing, and walking, as well as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Pass a thorough background check and adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations.
