Job Description:
- Assist in preparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals and snacks to students, staff, visitors, and community members
- Follow Child Nutrition Program guidelines and regulations
- Participate in training and continuing education programs to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to meet suitability criteria for employment under the Alabama Child Protection Act
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Nine-month position (185-day) with salary schedule
- Evaluation based on State Department of Education and/or Baldwin County Board of Education policy
