About the Role
The Instructional Specialist will play a critical role in supporting teachers and staff in developing and implementing effective instructional strategies. Responsibilities and Qualifications
  1. Design and deliver high-quality professional development programs for teachers and staff.
  2. Conduct observations, provide feedback, and offer coaching to support teacher growth and development.
  3. Collaborate with curriculum specialists to align instructional strategies with state and national standards.
  4. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions to support student success.
  5. Maintain accurate records of teacher evaluations, professional development activities, and program assessments.
