**Responsibilities Include:**
- Driving a school bus along a designated route, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conducting daily pre-trip inspections to ensure the bus is clean and safe for passengers.
- Reporting any incidents or concerns to the proper authorities.
- Maintaining discipline while students are on the bus.
- Regulating the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems on the bus.
**Qualifications:**
- A valid Alabama CDL with a passenger endorsement.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet suitability criteria for employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform all duties, including prolonged sitting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching.
