Responsibilities:
Engage fully in our 10-week comprehensive learning program designed to provide a deep understanding of financial aspects of insurance. Collaborate with our key business segments, acquiring hands-on experience and valuable industry insights. Connect with top C-suite professionals and stakeholders during intern enrichment sessions and expand your industry knowledge. Participate in mentorship sessions, hands on learning, and job shadowing activities to gain practical work-place experience. Contribute to various projects and assignments, applying your theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Requirements:
1. Must be currently enrolled in a recognized college program with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Able to accommodate a hybrid schedule in the Tampa, Florida office (HQ).
3. A demonstrated passion for finance, business acumen, and insurance.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various levels of the organization.
6. The capacity to work independently while fostering a positive group dynamic.
