We automate compliance with your renters insurance requirement without changing your existing renters insurance program or property management software. The LeaseTrack Process Improvement Specialist supports and leads problem solving teams dedicated to achieving organizational excellence and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to operational costs, process cycle time, waste reduction, and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Process Improvement Specialist serves as a change agent for insurance agency, client success, sales, and operations teams, dedicated to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of LeaseTrack business processes.
By utilizing data and structured problem-solving tools such as Lean Six Sigma, you will be seen as a trusted and valuable resource for advocating and managing process changes and projects supporting LeaseTrack’s vision and strategic plan.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership and Quality Manager to define process improvement goals and projects.
- Facilitate and lead structured problem-solving teams to increase process efficiency and effectiveness, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Information Technology to create, maintain, and utilize KPI dashboards and reports (Microsoft PowerBI).
- Contribute to the assessment and prioritization of risks and improvement opportunities impacting LeaseTrack and its customers.
- Coach other LeaseTrack employees with their understanding and application of structured problem-solving tools.
- Support the development and delivery of new hire and refresher training in structured problem-solving concepts and tools.
- Promote a culture of learning and teamwork by encouraging open and frequent two-way feedback with coworkers.
- Support QA Manager and leadership in the development of enterprise software change requests needed for process improvement initiatives.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3 years using Excel or similar software to analyze and summarize data.
- 1 year successfully managing process improvement projects or organizational excellence initiatives.
- The ability to interact and communicate effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in process improvement concepts and tools.
- Comfortable presenting data, concepts, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ability to assess team dynamics and overcome barriers to working well with others.
- Willing to drive culture change and leading by example.
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases and reports using business intelligence tools (Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.
- Prior experience in process change management or organizational change management.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
