About us
Baldwin Motors is near completion on a complete facility remodel! With this remodel will come an expanded, air conditioned shop in addition to upgraded technology and equipment throughout the entire department and dealership.
We are excited to serve our customers in the "new" building within the next few months and to continue growing the the relationship we have been building in our community since 1950!
Basic Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department
- Maintain a compliant and prfitable servicedepartment
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers
- Provide guidance and support to service technicians and staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Basic Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in service management
- Valid driver's license
