Key Tasks
- Clean apartment floors by using various techniques, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning carpet as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including appliances, to ensure a high level of hygiene
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, sinks, tubs, showers, and floors to prevent the spread of germs
- Remove any unwanted items left behind by residents, maintaining a clean and clutter-free environment
- Clean and sanitize walls throughout the apartment, ensuring a fresh and hygienic atmosphere
- Remove all trash from inside and outside the apartment, promoting a clean and healthy living space
- Clean all glass surfaces, including windows, doors, and mirrors, to provide a clear view and natural light
- Clean the office area, including trash removal, light dusting, and wiping down desks and equipment, to maintain a professional work environment
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as removing faceplates and outlet covers to prepare for painting, to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Travel between 2 properties to assist with cleaning needs as necessary, providing flexibility and adaptability
