Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Baldwin Real Estate Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical asset of our properties, including completing all maintenance service requests and performing 24-hour emergency maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle resident service requests and work orders, correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible.
- Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Police grounds, which may include picking up trash, lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, maintenance of playgrounds, and other areas as necessary.
Requirements:
- Possess general experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and boiler systems.
- Able to run a plow truck and plow.
