Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring the upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Handle resident service requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and apartment make-ready status.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs.
- Operate a plow truck and perform snow removal duties when required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.
- Boiler experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to work is essential.
- Pass a drug test and background screening favorably.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
Compensation Package:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
