The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the physical asset of the property, including completing all maintenance service requests and performing 24-hour emergency maintenance services. A professional and courteous attitude is essential when interacting with residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle resident service requests and work orders, correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible.
- Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Police grounds, which may include picking up trash, lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, maintenance of playgrounds, and other areas as necessary.
Requirements:
- Possess general experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and boiler systems.
- Able to run a plow truck and plow.
