Duties

- Provide benefits administration support, ensuring clients understand their coverage options.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Complete service work from underwriting post binding business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.

Supplemental Pay
- Supplemental pay will be in addition to the salary with no cap between commissions and bonuses
- Salary increases will be based on production and licensing
