Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work for our healthcare team in Fort Worth, TX. This role will assist the Superintendent by managing designated field activities associated with projects and supervising designated field construction work by subcontractors and employees. The Assistant Superintendent assists the project team to ensure the project is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with Balfour Beatty Construction’s policies & procedures. Thirty hours of OSHA training is required once every four years, unless the individual maintains STS certification.

- Preconstruction Services
- Project Start-up and Scheduling
- Project Administration, Operations, and Close-Out
- Promote Customer Relations
- Promote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development
- High School diploma
- 4 or more years of construction experience
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Able to meet minimum driving record requirements
- Current OSHA 10 certification (Must obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days)
- B.S. in construction
- Construction experience involving healthcare
- Scheduling experience sequencing experience using software applications or Microsoft excel.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or obtain it within 90 day
