Position Overview :
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating projects within our organization. You will shape project budgets, craft detailed schedules, and supervise resource allocation for optimal project execution. Regular site inspections, meticulous reviews of project plans, and risk identification will be part of your responsibilities to ensure that work meets the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Coordination : Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Design and Technical Oversight : Evaluate and approve engineering designs, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and project criteria while providing ongoing technical support.Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce quality control protocols through regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with specifications.Compliance and Safety : Uphold project activities under relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards while performing risk assessments and ensuring safety protocol adherence.Resource Management : Supervise personnel, equipment, and materials effectively, ensuring resource utilization is both efficient and effective.Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and deliver consistent progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining thorough project documentation, including plans and records of decisions.Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution, implementing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.Essential Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in project engineering, particularly in infrastructure.Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.Proficient in project management tools and software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage numerous tasks concurrently.Key Competencies :
