Salary DOE : $75K-$95K
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive support assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in building current and new business.
TYPICAL DUTIES :
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE :
4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience. Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline. Ability to perform trigonometric calculation either manually or with calculator. Basic computer knowledge, excel, word, schedule software (P6 or MS Project).
Ability to draw and sketch. Use of CAD is ideal along with understanding of survey and layout.
Ability to assume responsibility, as well as interface and communicate effectively with others.
