Essential Functions
- Assist setup and maintenance of cost report, JDE
- Assist setup and maintenance of Heavy Job tracking
- Coordination of Drawings and Specifications with Trades
- Prepare RFI and Submittals
- Scheduling, P6 Development, and updates
- Prepare Procurement Log to manage and schedule long lead items
- Coordinate meetings with Trades, Clients, Governing Agencies and Inspectors
- Manage Trade and Owner Change Orders
- Assemble As-Built Documents
- Schedule work as necessary to meet schedule
- Manage costs for varying scopes of work
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of previous civils construction office and field experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role
- 5-year or more of direct supervisory experience
- Experience with project manager software (JD Edwards, P6, Heavy Job, etc.)
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s)
Preferred Experience
- Local candidate preferred, but not required.
- College education in Construction Management/Engineering
