Barista/Cashier/Customer Service

Balian Springs is a Self-Care Social Club dedicated to enhancing personal well-being—mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. Our offerings include a luxurious beauty spa, nourishing eateries, unique lounges, hydrotherapy pools, saunas, and more.

Available Positions:

• Baristas for The Garden:
• Serve breakfast items, fruit bowls, smoothies, juices, and light fare.
• Cashiers for Kuta Kitchen (main kitchen) and Niko Niko (sushi bar).

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and assist with menu and amenity information.
• Take accurate orders, considering allergies or special requests.
• Prepare beverages and serve food following recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean workspace and replenish supplies.
• Ensure proper equipment functionality and report maintenance issues.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Promote specials, workshops, and events.
• Communicate customer feedback and suggest new menu ideas.

Requirements:

• Experience as a barista or cashier is preferred.
• Familiarity with brewing equipment and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability for various shifts.
• Strong communication, reliability, and basic math skills.
• Ability to understand customer preferences.
• High school diploma (additional training is a plus).

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
