What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at Balich Wonder Studio s.r.l?
This is a great opportunity for a subject matter expert to serve as our in-house IT SUPPORT that will
support all daily activities related to the management of IT net and structures, devices and software of our
offices in Milan Headquarters.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of both hardware and software literature, a
proven track record in the field is an important requirement too.
Comfortable and confident in his task, we also need a person with a high standard of Customer care and
positive attitude.
We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who can work well both with our employees
and vendors.
Typical activities:
Support and manage with the installation of new hardware and software of employees and of the office,
support and manage installation and maintenance of the already existing hardware/software infrastructure.
Support the daily activities of our users.
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose problems and to deal with Mac and Microsoft systems, printers and smartphones
management, mail systems, DropBox etc.
- Proven track record of Helpdesk activities
- Multitasking attitude
- Very good communication skills (in order to deal with internal and external customers)
- Knowledge of Gmail, Mail management and related groups, network fundamentals and knowledge of the
basic software packages
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- Languages: Good English, knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated
