Hurd Auto Mall seeks five full-time Automotive Sales Consultants to join our expanding dealership! This is the perfect entry-level position for individuals looking to join an exciting, rewarding career in the automotive industry and learn how to sell themselves, their organization, and their product! JOB DUTIES:
- We present new and used vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner, explaining the characteristics, capabilities, and features that make each vehicle unique.
- Performing world-class vehicle demonstrations and test drives with prospective customers while comparing competitive models.
- Prospecting for new customers and customer referrals and maintaining consistent rapport with previously sold customers. Handling customer email and phone and especially following through on customer commitments.
- Maintaining manufacturer customer satisfaction and training requirements. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer.
- The management staff will assist in establishing personal goals that are consistent with dealership productivity standards and devising a strategy to meet your sales goals.
- Following all company policies and procedures. Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Alan Webb Nissan values in all interactions with customers, employees, and vendors.
ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds

Qualifications
While no experience is necessary, an ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, can-do attitude. Other requirements include:
- Eighteen years of age or older.
- General familiarity with a variety of automobiles.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
