Service Production Manager

In this Service role, you are responsible for dispatching work for technicians as they receive service calls as well as maintaining daily schedules for the technicians.

Job Description:

• Scheduling service tickets for technicians
• Creating contract proposals for new customers
• Answering customer service calls
• Partner with the parts department on any orders that need to be made
• Address questions, problems, and requests for service; partner with management as needed.
• Record and maintain files for records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other required dispatch paperwork
• Providing the Service Director and Advisors with forms, reports and documentation related to customer relations as requested

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
• This position may require up to 5-10% travel

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience
• Prior experience working in Service Shop preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail orientated
• Flexibility in work schedule
