Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join our team.

As a customer service representative, you will use your computer skills, product knowledge, and outgoing personality to generate business through our online channels and book appointments.

Job Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles and services to our customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or sales leads.
• Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels.
• Setting up customer appointments for the sales department.
• Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales
• Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base; measured through monthly online percentage.
• Maintain a positive, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors and employees.

Environmental & Physical Requirements :

Benefits Include :

Pay Range : $40,000-$50,000 annually, paid hourly plus commission.
