Job Description
Retention Center Specialist / Service Greeter
This role is a key member to the Balise Service department with a focus on overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Description:
- Working at the Dealership’s facility to ensure efficient turnaround with guests’ calls.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Schedule appointments for our service departments.
- Confirm appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Introduce new customers to the benefits of doing business with Balise.
- Educating customers about their vehicle needs and other questions they may have.
- Partner with Service Advisors & Parts department if guests are inquiring on the status of their vehicle or an ETA for part arrivals.
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Guide customers to the appropriate departments and provide general information about our services.
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Other duties assigned by managers.
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

- Ability to learn product knowledge & upsell customers on services.

- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and engaging in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of how to drive a standard vehicle is a bonus, but not required
- Valid driver's license, with good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old
