Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background Commercial and Residential pest control applications, weed control applications and landscaping. This role involves applying various treatments and solutions to enhance the health and appearance of lawns and landscapes while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, treating weeds and performing proper applications of herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers to provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including product types, quantities used, and areas treated.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
- Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, coworkers, clients, and the environment during application processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to carry up to 50 lb.
- Ability and willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools relevant to landscaping tasks is beneficial.
