Ball-Chatham School District is seeking amotivated and passionate individualto join our team as a Assistant Softball Coach for the2024-2025 season. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on students' athletic growth and development while being part of a dedicated, supportive school community.
WHAT DO ASSISTANT COACHES DO?
Assist all aspects of the program, including but not limited to, development, prepraration, implementation, and evaluation as directed by the head coach
Assist in game day preparations as directed by head coach
Learn and implement the head coach's straegies and system and teach it properly
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Prepare daily practice schedules
