Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our existing Titan Talent as the
Assistant Track and Field Coach at Glenwood Middle School!
Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

WHAT DO ASSISTANT COACHES DO?
Assist all aspects of the program, including but not limited to, development, prepraration, implementation, and evaluation as directed by the head coach
Assist in game day preparations as directed by head coach
Learn and implement the head coach's straegies and system and teach it properly
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Prepare daily practice schedules

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport
CPR Certification required prior to start of season
Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
