What You'll Be Doing
- Provides friendly and professional customer service.
- Greets customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Assists customer in dropping off equipment and captures information about the repairs needed.
- Assist with the processing of ‘while you wait’ services.
- Directs customer to the appropriate department.
- Helps the shipping and receiving department process orders.
- Help customers load and unload equipment/parts.

What We'll Need from You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge about mechanical systems – experience in parts or service from automotive, electrical, or other fields can be transferable to power equipment.
- Strong computer competence – we will train on our systems; applicants must have good keyboarding and general computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner.
When and Where You'll Be Working
- Full-Time
- Open Retail Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am – 2:00pm)
- Ball Equipment – Richmond, MI
Pay Range
- $18 - $20/hr
