Job Type Full-time Description
The purpose of this position is to maintain an international, multi-site environment that is hosted in a Cloud Service environment, ensuring reliability and enforcing IT governance and security standards.
Responsibilities :
- Proactive monitoring of all network devices, cloud-services, using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s, includes working with (network NOC, MSP, and security SOC). (20%)
- Work on projects that align with the IT Department and Company Goal (20%)
- Provide Level 2, 3 support and technical ability to IT groups, Users and Customers (20%)
- Perform other duties as assigned. (10%)
- Identify and evaluate new technologies & security standards, collaborate with other team members to complete tasks (10%)
- Provide proactive monitoring ‘availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency (10%)
- Stay current on security trends and pursue preventative security measures, ensure business continuity, backup and disaster recovery. (10%)
- Provide emergency 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis
- Involved in monthly rotation of maintenance patching, and after-hours support
