We’re seeking an energetic, able-bodied person to greet customers and answer phones with a warm, welcoming, helpful spirit! Previous retail sales and customer service experience is preferred. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers in our store, giving them the best ideas for gift-giving, and making appropriate and personalized gift and flower suggestions to meet/exceed their expectations. Includes detailed POS order entry, customer email correspondence, website inventory maintenance, using cash registers and other technology, precisely following company processes and procedures, tagging merchandise, wrapping flowers, light cleaning, and product stocking.
