Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level IT Systems Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our organization, with the potential to take over specific systems such as API Software and internal Web Portal tasks. The candidate will support various development projects and assist in maintaining and troubleshooting interconnected systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- ERP Functional Analytics Assistance : Assist with enhancing ERP system functionality and efficiency, managing interconnected systems, ensuring data integrity, handling large data uploads, generating reports, and supporting basic SQL queries and data analytics. Revise existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling.
- User Support and Setup : Assist users with multifactor authentication, password resets, user creation, and training on various systems. Provide quick response support and collaborate on larger tech issues. Assist users and support network computer storage management.
- Documentation : Document operational procedures, including screen grabs, creating PDFs, and organizing documents for future use and employee education. Help create processes to make data management more efficient.
- Physical System Setup : Set up physical computer systems with network connectivity.
- Technical Expertise : Maintain a high level of technical expertise across various aspects of computing, continuously assessing and improving technical skills. Actively pursue training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills. As a technology expert within the company, perform other duties as assigned by management.
