Position: Weeknights Production Supervisor (Full-Time) 5pm - 3:30am Monday-Thursday
Location: Golden Valley, MN 55422
Job Summary
The weeknights production supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process at the Golden Valley facility during the night shift. This is a working supervisor, actively hands-on with the night shift team. This includes supervising the digital, dye sublimation, screen, pad, shipping/receiving and packing/assembly departments. The focus of this role is ensuring production targets are met, employees follow company policies, improving processes and supporting all night shift employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides constructive feedback for employees.
- Oversees employee schedules and assignments.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Oversees and supports employees to hit production goals/standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proactively work with Dayside Supervisors, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Purchasing to drive and sustain excellent service.
- Oversees the manufacturing of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Reviews production reports to determine what jobs need to be run.
- Ensures a healthy and safe working environment.
- Provides Director of Production with updates and shift needs.
- Identifies and shares training opportunities for staff to build and improve skills.
- Organizes structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- SAP B1 experience a plus
- Proficient Microsoft Excel Skills
- Proficient Microsoft Word/Outlook skills
- Performs well in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
- Problem-solves by anticipating and handling problems appropriately
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or supply chain preferred
