Summary:
The Medical Service Technician must have knowledge and ability to understand and apply principles of home care and DME. This individual will perform equipment delivery, set-up and instruction. The Tech will pick up equipment after patient use and returns to Warehouse. Additionally, the Tech will assist in cleaning used or visibly soiled equipment per manufacturer guidelines and recommendations and return to stock. The Tech will assist in repairing equipment and maintain records of repair. This individual will maintain all paperwork/documentation related to equipment deliveries/pick-ups. The Tech will maintain company delivery vehicle and warehouse. The Tech will ascertain that all equipment to be delivered is clean, safe, and functioning appropriately prior to delivery.
Requirements:
Prefer one year’s experience in home medical equipment. Must have ability to troubleshoot home medical equipment and computer systems.
Licenses and Certifications:
Driver's License required
Must be eligible to be insured by Ballad Health
Work Requirements:
