Embroidery Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialist to join our team and operate our Tajima Sai 8 color embroidery machine. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and sewing, along with experience in warehouse operations. You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Duties

• Operate sewing machines to assemble garments and other fabric products according to specifications.
• Fabricate components and ensure they meet quality standards before final assembly.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Skills

• Proficient in sewing techniques and garment construction methods.
• Experience operating various types of sewing machines.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management.
