What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at Ballantyne Country Club?
We are needing to fill extra lifeguard positions until September 15th.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Watches as members swim in pools.
- Maintains proper water chemistry.
- Monitors the use of facilities to members only.
- Keeps proper cleanliness of facilities to include restrooms.
- Responds accordingly to any emergency situation that may arise.
Qualifications:
- An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Less than a high school education; up to one-month related training or experience.
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be certified to lifeguard before starting.
- Must be able to work weekends at least through September 13, as well as Labor Day.
