Key Responsibilities:
Build Customer Relationships:
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service.
Product Expertise:
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Customer Engagement:
- Connect with existing and potential customers through various channels.
- Maintain accurate customer information using company technology.
Jewelry Care:
- Inspect and clean customer jewelry.
- Provide expert advice on jewelry repairs.
Operational Excellence:
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures for customer transactions and service resolutions.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, including safe handling of jewelry.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and an inviting atmosphere through proper merchandising and basic maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience, proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, demonstrated integrity and professionalism, being well organized with an eye for detail, and a professional demeanor and appearance are required.
- Retail jewelry or luxury brand consultative sales experience is required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or American Gem Society (AGS) credentials preferred
- Credit and background checks are required
Store Hours:
- Sunday: Closed
- Monday - Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm
