Ballard House (formerly Ballard Products) is a founder-led ecommerce company that provides brands and manufacturers with an end-to-end solution for selling on Amazon. From logistics to content and ad management, our in-house capabilities unlock sustainable growth for partners, allowing them to enjoy steady returns while focusing internal resources elsewhere. Founded in 2017 by two brothers, we remain dedicated to building a tight-knit team that is prepared to evolve with the ecommerce landscape.
We are hiring or full time Warehouse Associates role to assist in packaging and labeling of products. Other duties may include (but are not limited to) picking and packing orders that will be shipped directly to a customer from the warehouse, receiving shipments from suppliers, and checking products into the inventory management system.
We strive to build a friendly, supportive social environment at Ballard House. We work in close proximity to one another at product prep stations and encourage conversations with one another. We are a family business and will treat you like family.
Schedule: Dayshift, Monday–Friday
Pay: $14 per hour, non-exempt. Full-time or part-time hours available
Location: All work performed onsite at 715 East Duncan Street, Manchester, MI 48158

Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in high school
- Verbal and written English fluency
- Good attention to detail
- Fine motor skills in the hands and endurance to use hands for several hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
