Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with food handling, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Set up and break down banquet and dining areas as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Participate in training sessions related to food safety and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities or fine dining standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
