- Answer and direct phone calls
- Accounts Payable invoice entry and weekly check run
- Weekly Certified Payroll reporting
- Manual check entry
- Prepare a spreadsheet for monthly credit card statements
- Monthly reporting to specific contractors reporting sites
- Copying, scanning & filing
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient and accurate
