What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Contractor (Rush Call) position at Baller TV?
We're looking for event contractors to help us live stream several volleyball/basketball tournaments coming up in Rocky Mount.
Looking for people who have Sat-Sun availability with occasional Friday evening setups.
Must be available for the first event Jan 10-12 Fri-Sun.
Typical schedule is
Fri 4pm-8pm Setup
Sat 6am-10pm
Sun 6am-6pm
Long hours. This is not for everyone.
Gig would start at 6am. Come in and setup camera, power supply, wifi to each court. Once setup, you’ll monitor the streams throughout the day, move cameras to different courts, etc. End of day, take everything down. Training provided.
$18/hour Paid the Friday following the event via PayPal only.
We have 2-3 events a month in Rocky Mount. You can pick future events to work on our app.
Must have a car. Could be asked to pick up/drop gear at Fedex.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in (live) event production, sports, or any customer facing position is a plus!
Knowledge, interest, and experience within grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football and/or wrestling is a plus!
