Job Description
Ballers is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support our housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll oversee cleanliness, presentation, and sanitation across all guest-facing and operational areas—including the dining room, public restrooms, locker rooms, play zones, and common spaces. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining inventory, placing supply orders, and working side-by-side with your team to ensure every guest experience meets Ballers’ high standards. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy living.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team across all shifts
- Assign tasks, manage schedules, and conduct quality checks throughout the venue
- Lead by example—actively participate in cleaning duties and support staff on the floor
- Train new team members and ensure all employees follow proper cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Provide coaching and feedback to maintain a highperforming team
- Ensure the consistent cleanliness and readiness of: o Dining and lounge areas
- Public restrooms and locker rooms oIndoor and outdoor play zones (pickleball, padel, golf, etc.)
- Entryways, corridors, and other high-traffic public spaces
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues
- Communicate with Operations and Facilities teams to report repairs or special cleaning needs
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning products, paper goods, and other supplies
- Place and track supply orders with approved vendors
- Monitor usage to avoid waste and ensure availability of essential items
- Organize and maintain storage areas for efficiency and safety
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial services; supervisory experience required
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning protocols, especially in hightraffic guest environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual and hygiene standards
- Comfortable with physically active work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer software programs
- Background checks, RAMP and Serve Safe Certified
